full of top 10 based on IM and Flo rankings. As an example, Degen was seeded 2, but is ranked around 14 by IM and Flo.
With that said, you have to think some of these guys are already closer to their max potential while others can get a lot better. I see no reason not to think Degen is in the latter group. With his top game, if he can learn to finish his shots better (and defend better of course), he could be great. Has to maximize the advantages of that length.
Caveat: While I have seen some of Degen's matches online, I am far from knowledgeable with respect to projecting high school wrestlers to college competition. I believe there are people on this forum with that kind of knowledge though.
